Heat for a further 1 minute (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.
