Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6.
Remove all packaging. Place sauce sachet to one side. Wrap salmon loosely in foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 12 minutes.
Open foil and pour sauce evenly over salmon fillets. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
