200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Remove outer packaging and place sauce sachet aside for later use.
Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, baste with any juices, re-cover with foil and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, baste and return to the oven, uncovered for the final 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes. Either slice the pork and stuffing to serve, or alternatively shred with 2 forks. Serve with the apple sauce on the side.
