Recipe inspiration
For a simple tomato sauce, cook diced onion in a dash of olive oil over a medium heat until soft.
Add minced garlic, tinned tomatoes, tomato paste and a handful of chopped oregano leaves.
Simmer until cooked through or at the desired thickness. Season and stir through pasta.

Good to know
Place one tablespoon of chopped herbs into each square of an ice cube tray and top with water or olive oil before freezing. Use as required during cooking.
