Boil - From Chilled. Remove outer packaging and place unopened pouch or pouches in a saucepan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer gently for 7 minutes (1 pouch) or 8 minutes (2 pouches). Gently shake the pouch or pouches before carefully cutting open with scissors.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Does not contain live mussels, some shells may be open when the product is removed from the bag, prior to reheating.

Cover and simmer gently over a moderate heat for 4 minutes (1 pouch) or 5 minutes (2 pouches). Stir occasionally.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900W, 2 min 30 sec, 800W, 2 min 30 sec
Remove all packaging. Empty contents into a microwavable dish and cover with film. Heat on full power for 1 pouch 2 minutes 30 seconds. For 2 pouches 4 minutes (900W/800W). Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. Allow to stand 1 minute before serving.
