Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w), 5 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 9 minutes (900w), 9 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and continue cooking for further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
