Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide.
Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Warning
When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate/tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w/800w). Peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain rigidity. Stir well before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and heat for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain rigidity. Stir well before serving.
