Based on the standard Tikka Masala, this sauce can be enjoyed by the whole family but has a less fat content. So - loads of flavour with less fat, and great value too!
Our Low Fat Tikka Masala sauce has an tomato and onion base. To this we add a selection of spices as well as yogurt for a rich and creamy taste. As it is suitable for vegetarians, you can add your own vegetables if you want. Alternatively, add some diced chicken or turkey instead.

Serves 4. Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once hot, add 500g diced chicken breast and fry for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Stir in the jar of sauce and simmer gently over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice.
