190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 70 min
Pre-heat oven to temperature indicated. Place chicken crown in its bag in a deep roasting tin in the centre of the oven. Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking. Cook for 55 minutes. Remove the crown from oven, cut along the dotted lines on the bag to remove the top film and baste. Return to the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before carving.
