Air Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place chicken in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in air fryer. Cook for 14 minutes, turn halfway. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
CAUTION
Do not overfill the air fryer.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cook thoroughly until no pink remains. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200℃/ Fan 180℃/ Gas mark 6. Remove all packaging. Spread chicken evenly on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, turn occasionally. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging. Place chicken in the pan in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes on a medium heat, turn occasionally. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
