Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide.
Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC/425ºF/Gas Mark 7.
Remove packaging. Season the meat, place in a roasting tray fat side up and place in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 180°C for remainder of cooking time. Cooking times (including 20 minutes at 220°C) Rare: 20 minutes per 450g. Medium: 25 minutes per 450g. Well done: 35 minutes per 450g. Once cooked remove from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
