Recipe suggestion
Chicken korma (serves 4)
You will need:
- 1 jar Morrisons korma paste
- 500g diced skinless and boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 400ml tin coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Greek style yogurt
- 50g ground almonds (optional)
- 1 pack fresh coriander (optional garnish)
- Rice to serve

Method
1. Heat oil in pan, add chopped onion and fry over gentle heat for 5 mins.
2. Add the paste and fry for a further 3 minutes over a medium heat.
3. Add coconut milk, stir and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
4. Add diced chicken thighs and simmer for 12-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
5. For a more authentic product, add in 50g ground almonds and simmer for a further 3 minutes.
6. Stir in the Greek style yogurt and garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
7. Serve with cooked rice.
