Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Take care when removing film lid cover as hot steam may escape. Handle with care as packaging may soften when heated. Leave on a plate/tray and let stand to regain strength.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Gently stir each side, re-cover and cook for a further 3 minutes (800w), 2 minutes (900w). Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Gently stir each side, re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.
