Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place the basa skewers onto a lined baking tray. Place on the top shelf of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 min
Remove all packaging. Add 20ml of oil to a hot frying pan and fry the basa on one side over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Turn the skewers and cook the other side for another 2 minutes. Add 30ml of water to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes.
