Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.
