Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w), 6 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Partially peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Continue to heat on full power for a further 5 minutes (900w), 6 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w, 14 min
