Directions for use
Gently insert the brush in the space between the teeth and the gum line or dental appliance. Slowly move the brush backwards and forwards to clean the space. Rinse after use. The brush may be shaped before use if necessary by bending into a slight curve.

Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste including once before sleeping. Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush every three months and that interdental brushing should form a part of your daily oral care regime. Visit a dentist as often as they recommend. Mouthwash and interdental products can be used between brushings for a more complete oral care regime.
