How to prepare
To make a 200ml portion - put 1 1/2 heaped tablespoons (approx. 20g) of powder into a jug and stir in 200ml of cold water. If required warm, bring to the boil slowly over a low heat. Once made up, keep refrigerated and treat as fresh milk.

Serving suggestion
For tea or coffee: Allow boiling liquids to cool slightly and add 1-2 teaspoons of powder and stir.
