180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 45 min
Serves 4. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Take 4 chicken breasts and wrap in bacon. Heat a frying pan. Once hot, add the wrapped chicken breasts and fry until lightly browned and sealed. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish. Pour over the jar of sauce, cover with lid and cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with 100g of grated cheese. Return to the oven and cook, uncovered, for a further 20 minutes.
