- 215g mini hash browns
- 2 chicken thighs
- 2 rashers of bacon
- 50g Cheddar cheese
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tbsp oil

Follow the 5 easy steps.
1 Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7. Bake the mini hash browns according to the back of pack instructions in an oven proof dish.
2 Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, roughly chop the bacon, cut the red pepper into 1 cm chunks and grate the cheese.
3 Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken, bacon and red pepper for 10 minutes. Add the dry seasoning, stir and cook for 1 minute.
4 Add the seasoning sauce, stir and cook for 5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
5 Remove the hash browns from the oven. Add the chicken, bacon, red pepper, and cheese on top and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Enjoy!
