Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish or foil tray and cover with a lid or foil. Keep the sachet of sauce to one side. Place into the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes carefully remove from the oven and remove the foil or lid and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove from the oven and drain away the juices, using two forks gently shred the meat. Serve the pork and pour over the sachet of sauce and sprinkle with crispy onions.
