Recipe suggestion
Chicken Green Thai Curry (serves 4)
You will need:
- 1 jar Morrisons Green Thai Style Curry paste
- 500g diced chicken breast
- 400g tin coconut milk
- 175g mangetout and baby corn
- Fish sauce (optional)
Method
1. Add the Green Thai Style curry paste to a pan with the coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
2. Add the chicken, and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the vegetables and cook for a further 3-5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
4. To serve: add a splash of fish sauce (as required), and serve with rice or noodles.
