Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film lid and place sachet to one side. Cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 45 minutes.
Pour glaze over joint for final 15 minutes of cooking time. Drain off any excess liquid and rest for 10 minutes before carving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hour
