Preparation And Usage
Recipe Inspiration
Mix a handful of finely chopped dill with crabmeat, capers, lemon juice and spring onions before moulding into crab cakes. Dip them in flour, a beaten egg and then coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry until crisp and golden. Add dill and lemon juice to mayonnaise for a refreshing accompaniment.
Good to know
Lock in flavour by freezing. Put finely chopped washed leaves in a freezer bag before freezing. Use straight from frozen.
