Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

When removing foil after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan180°C/Gas Mark 7. Remove required amount from all packaging. Lightly brush the tuna with oil and loosely wrap in foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 14-16 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Remove required amount from all packaging. Fry over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn halfway, reduce the heat if necessary.
