Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a moderate heat stirring frequently until thoroughly heated. Do not allow to boil. Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850W, 2 min 30 sec, Cat D 750W, 2 min 30 sec
Place contents into a non-metallic jug, cover loosely.
Place directly into the microwave. Heat on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds (cat E/850W), 1 minute 30 seconds (cat D/750W). Stir thoroughly and return to the microwave, cook on full power for a further 1 minute (cat E/850W), 1 minute (cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute.
