Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. For best results poach from frozen
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the portions.
Warning
When removing from foil after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 28-30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Evenly place the fish pieces onto a piece of lightly oiled foil and wrap into a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Season as required and serve.; Poach - From Frozen. 1-2 min
Pour half a litre of cold water into a saucepan and on a high heat bring to the boil. Remove all packaging and place fish into the water, leaving on a high heat. Once brought back to the boil, reduce the heat to allow a gentle simmer and cook for the time stated. Stir gently occasionally to ensure all fish is submerged. Remove fish with a slotted spoon, season as required and serve.
