Preparation And Usage
Directions for use
Shake before use. To open: squeeze both finger pads and turn cap. Pour a capful (approx. 20ml) and rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.
Care instructions
Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste, including once before sleeping. Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush every three months and that interdental brushing or flossing should form a part of your daily oral care regime. Visit a dentist as often as they recommend. Mouthwash and interdental products can be used between brushings for a more complete oral care regime.
