Oven cook - From Ambient. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 10 min
Heat a heavy based pan or wok until very hot and add 30ml (2 tablespoons) of vegetable oil, then add 500g sliced chicken and stir fry well until thoroughly cooked. Add 1 sachet of enchilada sauce and stir in 50g grated cheese. Mix well.
Flex the pack to loosen wraps before opening. Remove tortillas from packaging, and wrap in foil or greaseproof paper. Heat in the oven for 10 minutes. Spoon the cooked chicken. On to the centre of the tortillas and roll them up. Place the tortillas fold down onto a lightly greased baking dish. Pour over the remaining enchilada sauce sachet and sprinkle over 100g of grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
