Gently slide the tape between the teeth with a careful up and down 'sawing' motion until it reaches the gum line. Repeat for each gap. The bottom of the handle can be used as an interdental stick to remove food particles between teeth.
Care instructions
Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste including once before sleeping. Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush every three months and that interdental brushing or flossing should form a part of your daily oral care regime. Visit a dentist as often as they recommend. Mouthwash and interdental products can be used between brushings for a more complete oral care regime.
