Recipes
Snap off approx. 45cm of floss. Wind the ends of floss around the middle finger of each hand, leaving 5 - 10cm of floss between them. Gently slide the floss between the teeth with a careful up and down 'sawing' motion until it reaches the gum line. Repeat for each gap using a clean section of floss.

Care instructions
Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste including once before sleeping. Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush every three months and that interdental brushing or flossing should form a part of your daily oral care regime. Visit a dentist as often as they recommend.
Mouthwash and interdental products can be used between brushings for a more complete oral care regime.
