Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from frozen.

Take care when removing film cover as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid.
Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 5 minutes (900w), 5 minutes (800w).
Remove film lid and cook on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w).
Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6.
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 35 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
