Remove outer packaging and remove film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 12 minutes 30 seconds (850w), 13 minutes (750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and remove film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
