Air Fry - From Chilled. Based on a minimum 1400w/3.8 litres air fryer. Appliances may vary. Pre-heat air fryer to 170°C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place tray in basket and place in air-fryer. Cook for 20 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Heat on full power for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds (900W), 4 minutes (800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900W, 800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 4 minutes (900W), 4 minutes 30 seconds (800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove film lid for the final 5 minutes of cooking time. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 50 minutes. Remove film lid for the final 10 minutes of cooking time. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
