- 250g pork mince
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 150g sugar snap peas
- 1 pack of microwave rice
- 2 tbsp oil
Why not try swapping pork for beef or tofu? For an extra finishing touch, garnish with red chillies and spring onions.
Follow the 5 easy steps
1 Finely slice the onion and red pepper.
2 Heat the oil in a wok over a medium-high heat and when hot, fry the pork mince until browned.
3 Add the onion, red pepper and sugar snap peas and stir fry for 3-5 minutes, until soft. Add the dry seasoning and cook for 1 minute. Cook the rice according to the back of pack instructions.
4 Add the seasoning sauce with 50 ml water, turn the heat up and allow to bubble for 1 minute.
5 Toss to coat in the sauce, then serve immediately, alongside the rice.
