Allow to stand for 1 minute. Invert the pudding basin onto a serving plate, squeeze the basin gently to release the pudding.; Microwave - From Ambient. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Heat on full power for 35 seconds (800W) or 30 seconds (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Invert the pudding basin onto a serving plate, squeeze the basin gently to release the pudding.
