Morrisons Chinese Curry Cooking Sauce

Morrisons Chinese style curry sauce is a tasty, aromatic sauce that will help you create a wonderful, Eastern-inspired meal.
This is a mild sauce that will be suitable for the whole family. We add a selection of spices, including fenugreek, turmeric, cumin and coriander.
As Morrisons Chinese style curry sauce is a vegetarian sauce, you can add your own vegetables to suit. Or, fry some strips of chicken and add these too for a flavoursome meal. Fried tofu makes a great alternative, too.
Remember to make some boiled rice on the side too, and maybe a dash of soy sauce…then you're almost ready to go. You just need to supply the chopsticks!

Serves 4. Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) oil in a pan or wok. Once hot, add 500g diced chicken and fry for 3 minutes until lightly browned. stir in the jar of sauce and simmer gently over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice. For a vegetarian alternative use a variety or a vegetables or a meat-free alternative.
