Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid.
Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir both compartments, re-cover and cook for a further 3 minutes (900w), 4 minutes (800w).; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir both compartments, re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes.
