Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Oven from Chilled; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 20-25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place on a baking tray and cook, turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8-10 min
Remove all packaging. Heat 1x15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium to high heat.
Add chicken and stir fry continuously.
