Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink colour remains.

Pre-heat pan on a high heat and add 2 teaspoons of oil. Place the mince into the pan and cook for 15 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Then follow the recipe of your choice.
