Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w)
Peel back film and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 3 minutes (900w) 4 minutes (800w)
Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film, stir both compartments well and serve.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w 4 min 30 sec 800w 5 min
