Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 10 minutes (850W), 11 minutes (750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Remove outer packaging and remove film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.
