Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place foil tray on a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. Remove film and heat for a further 15 minutes. Remove greaseproof paper before eating. To serve, carefully separate from the foil tray by running a fish slice along the sides, then lift from the bottom.
