Cooking Instructions - General. Chicken drumsticks must be defrosted thoroughly before cooking. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Do not reheat. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35-40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place defrosted chicken drumsticks in a single layer on a baking tray with raised edges in the centre of the oven and cook until the drumsticks are cooked through, turning halfway through cooking time.

How to defrost
Remove required quantity of frozen chicken drumsticks from the bag, place in a container and cover. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours. Do not allow juices to drip onto other foods when thawing and defrosting. Use within 12 hours of defrost.
