Oven cook - From Frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
Do not reheat.
180°C, 350°F, Gas 4, 1 Hour 25 Minutes - 1 Hour 30 Minutes
1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
2. Remove outer packaging and film lid.
3. Cover loosely with foil.
4. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 minutes.
5. Remove foil and return to the oven for a further 45-50 minutes.
6. Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
7. Serve and enjoy.
