Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a baking tray/plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w), 3 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Peel back film lid, stir gently, re-cover and allow to stand for 1 minute. Continue to heat on full power for a further 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir well before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir gently, re-cover and allow to stand for 1 minute.
Continue to heat on full power for a further 4 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir well before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes. Remove film for the final 10 minutes of cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
