Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Warning
When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a baking tray/plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Stand for 1 minute to allow tray to regain rigidity. Stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging, remove film lid, place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 minutes. Stand for 1 minute to allow tray to regain rigidity. Stir and serve.
