Allow 125g per person. Bring a large pan of water up to boil, reduce heat to medium. Place gnocchi in the pan. Cook for the time shown until gnocchi begin to float. Drain well and serve immediately.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 5-6 min
Heat a frying pan on medium to high heat with a knob of butter. Add gnocchi, cover and pan fry for 2-3 minutes. Uncover and cook for the remaining time on a medium heat, stirring the gnocchi occasionally. Cook until golden brown.
