200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hour 30 mins
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place on a lined baking tray and loosely cover with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 1 hour. Remove the foil and cook for a further 30 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
