Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place chicken on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn occasionally through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place chicken steaks in the pan. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking.
